Construction of 6.2 Km long D-shaped tunnels with a cross-selection of 32sq.mtrs. 180feet
below ground for irrigation purposes for takeoff from konar reservoir in Hazaribag
district, Bihar during 1981-89. The work involves excavation in rock of 2.5 lac cum at
